摘　　要：核安全是保障核电"走出去"的基础和前提。介绍了核安全"走出去"的形势和现状,包括核电"走出去"的基本情况和核安全"走出去"的必要性,介绍了美法俄日韩等主要核电出口大国的"走出去"实践和对我国的借鉴意义,分析了我国核安全监管机构现有基础与面临的问题,提出了近期和远期的对策与建议。Nuclear safety is the basis and premise of nuclear power of ＂going out＂. The nuclear safety situation and status was introduced, including the basic situation of nuclear power of ＂going out＂ and the necessity of nuclear safety ＂going out＂, it was introduced the practice and significance to our country of the America, the French, the Russian, the Japan, the south Korean, etc. The existing foundation and problems in our coutry, the immediate policy and long-term suggestions was put forward.
