摘　　要：黄芩素是黄芩发挥功效的主要活性成分,具有抗氧化、清除氧自由基、抗菌抗病毒、保护心脑血管及神经元、解热镇痛、抗肿瘤、保肝、抗炎、预防和治疗糖尿病及其并发症等作用。本文对黄芩素的药理作用及分子机制的最新研究进展进行了综述。With medicinal herb Scuellaria baicalensis, Baicalein is the main active component to be effective. It has been reported effective in antioxidant, scavenging oxygen free radicals, anti-bacteria, anti-virus, protecting the heart and brain blood vessels and neurons, dispelling heat and relieving pain, antitumor, protecting the liver function, anti-inflammatory, prevention and treatment of diabetes and its complications, and so on. In this paper, recent developments on its pharmacological effects and molecular mechanisms are reviewed.
