摘　　要：针对配网"一对一"信息传递方式传递效率低、信息反馈不实时透明等问题,基于六西格玛管理方法,分析了影响配网信息传递的关键因素,提出了相应的改进措施,实践证明改进的信息传递方式能够极大的提升配网信息传递效率。Aiming at the problem of the traditional ＂ one to one＂ mode of information transmission for Kunming distribution net- work, such as the low efficiency of information transmission, no real-time and transparent of information feedback. Based on the 6σ management, the key factors affecting the distribution of information transmission is analyzed and the corresponding improved meas- ures is proposed, the ＂ two-way＂ information transmission of ＂ one to many＂ or ＂ many to many＂ for distribution network is real- ized. the practice proves that the improved mode can improve the efficiency of distribution network information transmission.
