基于荧光标记的两种实蝇在云南中南部的扩散迁移

摘　　要：分别于2004年和2014年5～7月在云南中南部的元江至昆明一线,对桔小实蝇和番石榴实蝇进行标记-释放-回收试验.以青龙厂为标放地,释放2 000头荧光标记桔小实蝇和番石榴实蝇,在距离释放点5 km的勐仰坝回收14头桔小实蝇和42头番石榴实蝇,青龙厂的桔小实蝇和番石榴实蝇可以沿通道走向向北到达勐仰坝.以元江坝为标放地,释放5 000头荧光标记桔小实蝇和番石榴实蝇,在17 km的青龙厂丫口回收70头桔小实蝇和20头番石榴实蝇,证明青龙厂所诱捕到的桔小实蝇和番石榴实蝇至少部分来源于元江坝区.以青龙厂、丫口为标放地,在6月和7月分别释放10 000、20 000头荧光标记桔小实蝇和番石榴实蝇,结果表明桔小实蝇飞行距离达到150 km,番石榴实蝇仅在化念得到回收,证明昆明地区桔小实蝇来自青龙厂.同时,研究发现,元江桔小实蝇向北迁飞极大地借助了西南气流,并主要沿峡谷或高速公路所形成的南北通道行进.Two species of fruit fly, Bactrocera dorsalis and B. correcta were marked, released and recaptured from Yuanjiang County to Kunming City in May, June and July in two years of 2004 and 2014. 2 000 fruit fly individuals were marked and released at Qinglongchang and 14 B. dorsalis and 42 B. correcta were recaptured in Mengyangba, which showed that two species of fruit fly could fly toward North along the corridor. 5 000 fruit fly individuals were marked and released at Yuanjiangba, 70 B. dorsalis and 20 B. correcta were recaptured in Qinglongchangyakou, which indicated that two species of fruit fly could spread from Yuanjiangba to Qinglongchangyakou. 10 000 and 20 000 fruit fly individuals were marked, released and recaptured at Qinglongchangyakou in June and July respectively. The results showed that the flight distance ofB. dorsalis attained to 150 km. B. dorsalis from Yuanjiangba could spread toward Kunming by means of Southwest air current and corridor formed by canyon or highway.
