摘 要:以植物源脂肪酸甲酯为溶剂,以绿色表面活性剂为乳化剂制备环保型高效氯氰菊酯水乳剂,通过溶剂和表面活性剂的筛选确定了5%高效氯氰菊酯水乳剂的最优配方:高效氯氰菊酯5%,月桂酸甲酯14.5%,表面活性剂APG和AEO3复配(质量比6:4)总用量为5%,去离子水补足100%。在此基础上,以常规及市售5%高效氯氰菊酯水乳剂为对照,通过动态表面张力和动态接触角研究该配方水乳剂的润湿铺展性能。结果表明,优化的环保型水乳剂500倍稀释液的动态表面张力和在石蜡膜上的动态接触角随时间下降快,表现出良好的润湿和铺展性能,有利于农药液滴在植物叶片上的黏着和吸附,从而提高药效。Using plant source of fatty acid methyl esters as solvent, green surfactants as emulsifier, environment-friendly 13-Cypermethrin EW was prepared. Optimal formualtion was obtained by screening of the solvent and surfactant: β-Cypermethrin 5%, laurate methyl 14.5%, APG-AEO3 (6 : 4 by mass ) 5%, deionized water was added to 100%. On this base, the wetting ability of the optimized EW was studied through dynamic surface tension and dynamic contact angle measurements using ordinary and commercial β-Cypermethrin EWs as comparison samples. The results showed that the surface tension and the contact angle of the 500-fold dilured sample of the optimized EW decayed more quickly with time increasing campared with ordinary and commercial β-Cypermethrin EWs. The excellent wetting and spreading properties made the EW easily adhered and spreaded on the leaf surface to maximize biological activity.
