摘　　要：在国务院批复建设苏南国家自主创新示范区的战略背景下,苏南地区的文化创意产业人才培养凸显出重要性和紧迫性。从产业背景看,苏南地区拥有文化、技术与产业集群等优势,对创意人才质量的需求逐年提高。苏南地区高校应结合苏南文化创意产业与教育实际,更新培养理念,营造创意思维环境,加强校企合作,加大苏南文化对相关课程的有效渗透,以培养高质量的文化创意人才。As a result of the State Council＇s strategic approval of developing a national-level self-innovation model zone in Southern Jiangsu Province, the importance and urgency to nurture cultural and creative industry talents in Southern Jiangsu Province have become prominent. Based on its industrial background, Southern Jiangsu Province boasts of the cultural, technological and industrial cluster strengths, which calls for the quality improvement of creative industry talents over the years. The colleges and universities in Southern Jiangsu Province should take into consideration the actual situation of the creative industry and education in this area, upgrade talent-nurturing notions, build an environment for creative thinking, strengthen college-corporate cooperation, and put more efforts to integrate the culture of Southern Jiangsu Province with related courses, so as to nurture high-quality cultural and creative talents.
