摘 要:针对《哈农钢琴练指法》中传统单一的高抬指训练的局限性,文章提出了12种钢琴五指变化练习法。解决了在钢琴弹奏技巧基本功训练中常见的种种问题:放松与用力的关系、各个手指的独立灵活性,弱指的机能运动、手指粘连问题、黑键技术、声音的通透、均匀、清晰、流畅、手指与手腕的综合协调运动等;并提出新的多样性训练路径:改变弹奏法、变换节奏、改变力度、移调等等。使弹奏者用最少的时间和精力,更准确地掌握《哈农钢琴练指法》的精髓,避免走弯路,同时克服练习时的厌倦和枯燥情绪,从而快速提高手指弹奏技能,解决钢琴音乐表现中的技术困难。Aiming at the training limitations of Hamon's Skills of Finger Exercises in Piano , this paper presents 12 kinds of practice methods of piano finger change, solving common problems in basic training in piano playing techniques: the relationship between relaxation and force, independence and flexibility of each finger , function movement of the weak fingers, finger sticking problem, black key technology, the sound transparent, uniform, clear, smooth, integrated and coordinated movement of the wrist and fingers, etc.. And it proposes a new diversity training path: playing method change, pace change, intensity change, transposition and so on, in order to make them play with a minimum of time and effort , to more accurately grasp the essence of Hamon's Skills of Finger Exercises in Piano to avoid detours, while overcoming boredom and emotional exercises boring, to quickly improve fingering skills, and solve piano music performance of technical difficulties.
