摘　　要：我国各重点领域的创新力体现了我国重点技术整体发展的潜力。构建一整套完整、客观、精准的重点领域创新力评估指标体系,不仅需要参考国内外的指标体系和形式,学习经验,还应结合我国特定领域的情况以及跨领域的统计指标的差别来考虑。从创新投入、研究开发、创新产出和创新决策等4个主层构建评价体系,从而对信息、能源产业两大重点领域的创新力进行实证分析。the innovation of China＇s key areas reflects the potential of China＇s key technology as a whole. To build a complete, objective and accurate evaluation index system of innovation in the key areas, not only need to refer to the domes- tic and foreign index system and form, learning experience, but also combined with the specific areas of our country as well as the differences between the different areas of statistical indicators to consider. In this paper, we will construct the evaluation system from four main layers, such as innovation investment, research development, innovation output and innovation, and so on.
