摘　　要："一带一路"的战略构想是基于实现我国经济、文化建设与沿线国家共同发展的基础上提出来的,科技人文交流是"一带一路"决策中重要的内涵之一,加强科技人文交流可以促进各国之间的相互了解,增强彼此之间的合作,让世界更清楚的认识中华文化,促进地区之间的文化融合。分析了一带一路科技人文交流的基本内涵,提出了科技人文交流机制,指出了具体的实践方式以及建设模式,展示了实施"一带一路"科技人文交流构想会面临的困难与挑战,根据实际情况提出了相应的措施与解决方案。the strategy of ＂along the way＂ is based on the realization of China＇s economic, cultural construction and the development of the country along the way, the scientific and technological exchanges is one of the important areas of decision- making, strengthening the exchange of scientific and technological exchanges can promote mutual understanding be- tween countries, enhance cooperation between each other, so that the world is more aware of Chinese culture, promote cul- tural integration between regions. This paper analyzes the basic connotation of the area along the way of scientific and tech- nological human communication, and puts forward the mechanism of scientific and technological exchanges, and points out the practical mode and the construction mode.
