摘　　要：基于整体系统性构架,采用比较分析的方法探索中美科技中介服务体系的不同,进而从政府职能、运营机制、市场需求以及人文等方面提出有效对策。Based on the overall systemic framework, using the method of comparative analysis exploring different Sino-US science and technology intermediary service system, and then come up with effective strategies from government functions, operation mechanism, market demand and other aspects of the humanities.
