摘  要:目的:研究稀土元素钇在大鼠组织器官中的分布与蓄积特点以及对从业人员脂代谢的影响。方法:将雌雄各半SD大鼠随机分为半年及一年期两大组,并各设低、中、高及对照组,YCl3喂饮浓度分别为0.04 mmol,0.4mmol,4 mmol,分别染毒喂养6个月及一年,处死后用ICP-MS测定大鼠组织器官及毛发、粪便中稀土元素钇的含量。同时对从业人员脂代谢相关指标进行检测。结果:大鼠经口服入的大部分钇可经粪便以及毛发排出体外,在各脏器组织中均有不同程度的蓄积,其蓄积量依次为胃、肺、肾、肝脏、脾及股骨。结论:稀土元素钇在大鼠组织器官中蓄积量随剂量或摄入时间的增加而增加,且职业性暴露对人体脂代谢过程有一定的损害效应。Objective:To study the characteristics of content and distribution of rare earth elements Yttrium in rat organs and the effects of lipid metabolism in employee. Methods: 128 SD rats with half males and half females were divided randomly into semi-annual group and one year group. Each group was divided into 4 groups : low, middle, high and control group. The concentrations of YC13 was 0.04 mmol,0.4 mmol,4 mmol respectively. The Yttrium concentrations in rat organs, hair and stool were determined by the inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometer (ICP-MS). Results:Most of Oral Yttrium was passed out of the rat body in the hair and faeces. Yttrium was accumulated in different organs with varying degrees; the accumulation changed from big to small is stomach, lungs, kidney, spleen and thighbone. Conclusion: The Yttrium accumulation in rat organs increased with dose or time increasing, and occupational Yttrium exposure may cause some damage upon lipid metabolism in employees.
