摘  要:目的:建立电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法(ICP-AES)测定龙南稀土矿区土壤样品中稀土元素含量,探究稀土元素含量与离矿区距离之间的相关性。方法:采用HNO3-HCl-HF-H2O2酸体系微波消解样品,ICP-AES测定龙南矿区表层土、心层土,底层土及距矿区1、3、5,50和80 km的土壤中各稀土元素的含量。结果:本实验的测定方法线性范围宽,检出限低,灵敏度高,精密度为1.34%-4.07%(RSD,n=5),回收率为96.5%-104.0%。结论:本方法简单灵活,结果可靠,适合于龙南土壤样品中稀土元素的测定。Objective: To establish the determination method for the content of rare earth elements in the soil of Longnan mine area by ICP-AES, and toanalyze the correlation between the content of rare earth elements and the distance away from the mining area. Methods: HNO3-HC1-HF-H2O2 was used to digest the samples as acid system. The content of rare earth elements was determined in the soil samples by ICP-AES, which were in the surface soil, core layer soil, and subsoil in the longnan mining area, and 1 km, 3 km, 5 km, 50 km and 80 km away from the longnan mining area. Results: Experiment reflected its characteristics of wide linear range, low detection limit and high sensitivity. The relative standard deviation and recoveries were 1.34% - 4.07% ( RSD, n = 5 ) and 96.5% - 104.0% , respectively. Conclusion: This method is simple, flexible, reliable, and suitable for the determination of rare earth elements in Longnan soil samples.
