摘  要:在单因素实验的基础上,利用响应面法对油田含聚污水混凝工艺进行优化。响应面实验以EPI-DMA投加量,PAFC投加量和pH为实验因素,以HPAM和COD去除率为响应值展开。结果表明,在EPI-DMA投加量0.65 mg/L,PAFC投加量924 mg/L和pH为5.51的条件下,得到HPAM和COD去除率分别为95.4%和85.7%。The coagulation technology of oil-field wastewater from polymer flooding was optimized with response surface methodology(RSM) base on single-factor experiments.The variables polyepicholorohydrin-dimethylamine(EPI-DMA) dose,polymeric aluminum ferric chloride(PAFC) dose and pH were selected as the factors in the RSM to investigate their individual and interaction effects on the response values,HPAM and COD removal efficiencies.The results showed that HPAM and COD removal efficiencies of 95.4%and 85.7%respectively could be reached using 0.65 mg/L EPI-DMA,924 mg/L PAFC and pH=5.51.
