摘  要:文章对高灰熔融温度BLG煤进行配煤添加助熔剂实验,将高铝BLG灰熔融流动温度降低到1306℃。结合XRD、SEM-EDX分析研究发现,灰渣中生成大量的助熔矿物钙长石是使BLG灰熔融温度降低的主要原因;随着温度的升高,钙长石与其他矿物形成共熔体,使灰渣液相含量大幅度增加,导致煤灰熔融温度降低。The paper was studied the effect of the flux adding and coal blending on the fusibility behavior of BLG coal with high alumina and high fusion point. Results show that for BLG coal, the coal ash flow temperature may be reduced to 1306℃. By XRD and SEM-EDX analysis, while flux adding and coal blending, anorthite can be generate at high temperature which can decrease the ash fusion temperature more efficiently. With the increase of temperature, liquid content in the slag increased significantly caused by the low temperature congruent melting mass, which could reduce the ash fusion temperature.
