洗油双氧水法脱色除臭的适宜条件

摘　　要：采用单因素法研究双氧水对洗油进行脱色的影响,确定了洗油双氧水法脱色的适宜条件。结果表明:在洗油中加入其4倍体积的30%双氧水,在50℃搅拌反应8 min,脱色率可以达到33%以上。经脱色洗油的低温稳定性、高温稳定性和经时稳定性等指标均符合国家标准的要求。Using single factor method to study the decoloring effect of hydrogen peroxide on wash oil, confirmed decoloring conditions of wash oil hydrogen peroxide solution method. The results showed that： join its 4 volumes of 30 % hydrogen peroxide in the wash oil, and stirred 8 min at 50 ℃, decolorization rate can reach more than 33 %. All Indicators including of decolorization wash oil low temperature stability, high temperature stability and stability over time are in line with national standards.
