摘  要:目的优选咳喘灵凝胶膏剂的渗漉法提取工艺。方法以药材粉碎度、乙醇用量、乙醇含量和滴速为可变因素,以芥子碱硫氰酸盐的含量与干浸膏得率为考察指标,采用L_9(3~4)正交实验优选提取工艺。结果优选工艺为:以8倍量50%的乙醇提取粗粉药材并控制滴速为6 mL/min。结论优选的工艺简便、合理,为进一步的研究奠定了良好的基础。Objective To optimize the extraction process of percolation method of Ke Chuanling cataplasm. Methods To optimize the percolation extraction technique with L_9(3~4) orthogonal test. The investigation factors were smashing level, alcohol consistency, alcohol volume and dropping speed. The evaluation maker were the content of the sinapine cyanide sulfonate in Semen Brassicae and the rate of dry extract. Results The optimized extraction technique was as follows: the crude powder of medicinal material,was extracted with 8 times of the amount of 50 % alcohol in drop rate of 6 m L/min. Conclusion The optimized process is simple and reasonable, which provides a good foundation for further research.
