摘 要:为提高硼钢热冲压过程中的加热效率,降低能耗,提出一种脉冲电流快速加热方法。采用脉冲电流对高强度硼钢板进行处理,并通过单轴拉伸,硬度测试,微观组织观察和氧化程度分析研究电流对其性能和组织的影响。与电炉加热处理相比,脉冲电流处理后硼钢试样马氏体组织更加细小,显微硬度没有明显差异,抗拉强度上升3.85%,伸长率提高37.5%,氧化现象明显减少。热-电偶分析结果表明,试样中部温度高,均温区长,端部温度较低。与传统加热方法相比,采用脉冲电流直接加热方法,可有效提高加热效率、降低能耗。Pulse current heating method was employed to improve the heating efficiency and reduce energy consumption in hot stamping of boron steel. The quenched boron steel by electropulsing heating and furnace heating was examined by means of tensile and hardness tests, microstructure observation and oxidation analysis. Compared with the specimen heated in furnace, the specimen heated by pulse current exhibits finer martensite structure, and its tensile strength and elongation increase by 3.85% and 37.5% , respectively. Oxidation of the specimen by pulse current heating is reduced, while its micro-hardness remains unchanged. Thermal-mechanical coupling analysis reveals that the temperature of middle part of the specimen is higher, and large part of the specimen has the same temperature, and the temperature of specimen ends is lower. The heating method of pulse current can improve the heating efficiency and reduces energy consumption markedly.
