摘 要:针对精密钢球传动等速输出机构环形槽内侧易产生接触变形对传动性能的影响,提出了新型环形槽结构,通过分析啮合点刚度,阐释了接触变形的产生机理。建立了法向力理论分析模型,求得啮合点刚度系数和法向力计算表达式。分析了夹角系数和半径系数对应力及下降函数的影响。结果表明:新型结构环形槽内侧承担一部分载荷,改变半径系数可得到合适的法向力下降函数值,改变夹角系数可将切应力控制在许用切应力范围内,同时获得较小的正应力。As for the inside of annular groove of equal speed output mechanism of precision ball transmission was easily to produce contact deformation. This paper put forward a new type of ring groove structure and explained the generating mechanism of the contact deformation by analyzing the stiffness of the engagement point. Normal force analysis model was established, and the rigidity coefficient of the engagement point and the normal force calculation expression was obtained. And the influence of the angle coefficient and the radius coefficient on the stress and decrease function was analyzed. The results showed that, a por- tion of load was born by the inside of the new type annular groove of equal speed output mechanism. The proper method to force down the function value was obtained with changing the radius coefficient. The shear stress could be controlled in the shear stress ranged by changing the angle coefficient, as well as obtaining smaller normal stress simultaneously.
