摘　　要：登革热是登革病毒引起的,由蚊媒传播的急性传染性疾病,该病广泛流行于世界各地,具有传播迅速、发病率高的特点,是蚊媒传染最为严重的疾病。随着经济和旅游行业的发展,以及人口基数的不断增长,该病严重威胁着人类的身体健康和生命安全。本文就登革热的病原学、实验室检查、诊疗方案和预防控制措施研究现状进行综述,以期对登革热更好的防治提供借鉴。Dengue fever is caused by the dengue virus and is an acute infectious diseases spread by mosquito-borne.It is widely popular around the world,with the characteristics of rapid spread and high incidence. With the development of economy and tourism industry,as well as the growing population,dengue fever seriously threaten to human health and life safety.In this paper,we will review the etiology,laboratory examination, diagnosis and treatment plan and status in the prevention and control measures in order to provide reference for the prevention and control of dengue fever.
