改良封闭负压辅助闭合技术联合干细胞移植治疗难愈合性伤口的研究

摘　　要：目的:研究改良封闭负压辅助闭合技术联合干细胞移植治疗难愈合性伤口患者的临床效果。方法:将本院收治的60例难愈合性伤口患者分成常规组和研究组,每组各30例,常规组采用改良封闭负压辅助闭合技术治疗,研究组采用改良封闭负压辅助闭合技术联合干细胞移植治疗,比较两组患者的临床治疗效果、治疗后不同时间段的细胞因子表达情况、换药次数及治疗周期。结果:研究组临床治疗总有效率、治疗1、2周时的血管内皮细胞因子、表皮细胞生长因子的表达率均高于常规组,肉芽组织生长时间早于常规组,治疗周期短于常规组,换药次数少于常规组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:改良封闭负压辅助闭合技术联合干细胞移植治疗难愈合性伤口,疗效显著,可有效缩短患者病程,减轻患者机体痛苦,改善患者生活质量,值得各大医疗单位开展应用。Objective： To study the clinical efficacy of the improved vacuum-assisted closure and SCT in the treatment of intractable wounds. Method： In the research, 60 patients with intractable wounds in our hospital were chosen and divided into the conventional group and the research group, each group had 30 cases. The patients in the conventional group were cured by the improved vacuum-assisted closure while that of the research group were cured by the improved vacuum-assisted closure combining with SCT. The clinical efficacy, cytokine expression rate of epidermal growth factor in the research group were higher than that in the conventional group （ P〈0.05 ） . Comparing to the conventional group, the research group had earlier growth time of granulation tissue, shorter treatment cycle and fewer times of dressing change （ P〈0.05 ） . Conclusion： The combination of the improved vacuum-assisted closure and SCT in the treatment of intractable wounds has significant efficacy, which can reduce the body pain of the patients, improve the quality of the patients＇ life. It should be well applied by the medical institutions.
