摘 要:目的探讨运动训练前吸入不同量的氧气对小鼠运动耐力的影响。方法昆明种小鼠按游泳时间随机分为无运动训练不吸氧组、运动训练不吸氧组、运动训练前吸氧30 min组、运动训练前吸氧60 min组、运动训练前吸氧90min组,每组各30只,吸入氧气浓度为47%,运动训练时间为30 min。20 d后,每组取15只取血,其余15只测定游泳力竭时间,然后取血测定血清乳酸、SOD和MDA。结果运动训练前吸氧30 min组的力竭时间明显延长(P<0.001,P=0.041,P=0.011,P<0.001);安静状态下,运动训练前吸氧30 min组的乳酸值明显降低(P=0.002,P=0.009,P=0.022,P=0.011);经过运动训练后的各组SOD活力均高于非运动训练组(P<0.001,P<0.001,P<0.001,P<0.001);运动训练前吸氧30 min组与其他2个吸氧组相比MDA含量较低(P=0.003,P=0.002)。力竭后,运动训练前吸氧30 min组的乳酸与其他组相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.001,P=0.001,P=0.001,P<0.001);运动训练前吸氧30 min组与其他2个吸氧组相比SOD活力较低(P<0.001,P<0.001)、MDA含量也较低(P=0.014,P<0.001)。结论运动训练前吸入适量的氧气可以延缓小鼠的疲劳,加快体内自由基的清除,增强运动能力。相反,吸入大量氧气可能会使自由基紊乱,减少运动耐力。Objective This work was to explore the effect of oxygen inhalation before exercise training on exercise endurance of mice. Methods Kunming mice were randomly divided into five groups: no sports training no oxygen inhalation group, sports training without oxygen inhalation group, oxygen inhalation for 30 minutes before training group, oxygen inhalation for 60 minutes before training group, oxygen inhalation for 90 minutes before training group, with 30 in each group. The concentration of inhaled oxygen was 47%, and sports training time was 30min. After exercise training for 20 days, 15 mice in each group were sacrificed for blood. The remaining 15 mice were sacrificed for blood after recording the time of its swimming exhaustion. Concentrations of lactic acid, SOD and MDA in serum were determined. Results The exhaustion time of the group with oxygen inhalation for 30 minutes before training was significantly prolonged (P〈0.001, P=0.041, P=0.011, P〈0.001). In the quiet state of this group, the lactic acid was significantly lower than the control group (P=0.002, P=0.009, P=0.022, P=0.011). The serum SOD activity of the exercise training group was higher than that of the no exercise training group (P〈0.001, P〈0.001, P〈0.001, P〈0.001). In comparison to the other two oxygen inhalation groups, the MDA content of the oxygen inhalation for 30 minutes before training group was lower (P=-0.O03, P=0.002). After the exhaustive exercise, in comparison to other groups, there was significant difference in the lactic acid levelfor the group of the oxygen inhalation for 30 minutes before training (P〈0.001, P=0.001, P=0.001, P〈0.001). In comparison to the other two oxygen inhalation groups, the SOD activity of the group with oxygen inhalation for 30 minutes before training was lower (P〈0.001, P〈0.001), and the MDA content was also lower (P=0.014, P〈0.001).
