摘　　要：目前,跨境偷渡活动呈现出新的特点,持用伪假证件试图从口岸正常出入境的偷渡人员呈现增长态势。边防检查机关一线检查人员目前还没有一套完整的、快速鉴别出入境证件真伪的程序。作者根据出入境证件防伪特点,提出出入境证件快速鉴别程序,将证件鉴别程序化,以求为一线检查人员提供一套完整、快速鉴别出入境证件真伪的程序,加强口岸管控。Currently, cross-border smuggling activity presents new features, holders of fraudulent documents trying to sneak people from the port of entry and exit to normal showing growth. Frontier inspection offices currently does not have a front-line inspectors complete and Rapid Identification of the authenticity of travel documents of the program. On the security features of travel documents in accordance with proposed immigration documents Rapid Identification of program that will document identification procedures, in order to provide a complete and Rapid Identification of the authenticity of travel documents for the first-line inspection program personnel, strengthening port controls.
