临床护理路径在老年性白内障护理中的应用价值分析

摘　　要：目的探讨临床护理路径（CNP）在老年性白内障手术护理中的效果。方法将60名老年白内障患者随机分成观察组和对照组，对照组行常规护理，观察组实施CNP，对比两组患者平均住院天数、患者及其家属护理满意度和对疾病知识掌握情况。结果观察组护理满意度、住院天数、知识测评分别为90％、（4．5±0．5）d、（91．5±2．8）分，对照组分别为77％、（6．4±0．7）d、（78．6±3．7）分，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论使用CNP可以有效提高患者的满意度和临床护理效果，值得推广应用。Objective To explore the effect of clinical nursing pathway （CNP） in nursing care of senile cataract patients. Methods 60 patients with senile cataract were randomly divided into observation group and control group. Control group received routine nursing care, while observation group received clinical nursing pathway. Compared the average hospitalization days, nursing satisfaction of patients and families, the situation to grasp disease knowledge of two groups. Results Nursing satisfaction, the average hospitalization days,knowledge assessment score of observation group were 90%, （4.5±0.5）d, （91.5±2.8） respectively, those of control group were 77%, （6.4±0.7）d, （78.6±3.7） respectively, with statistically significant differences between two groups （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Clinical nursing pathway （CNP） can effectively improve the patients＇ satisfaction and clinical nursing effect, worthy of popularization and application.
