摘　　要：针对助剂厂生产废水原有处理工艺中缺少有效预处理工艺,及生化池处理负荷过低等问题,在充分利用原有处理设施的基础上,结合GB 18918—2012《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》一级A标准的出水要求,对原处理工艺进行升级改造,完善预处理、强化生化处理、增加深度处理。介绍了该工程的背景、原有工艺及问题、改造措施及特点、新增构筑物设计参数。In view of the problems existing in the wastewater treatment system of an auxiliary agent production plant such as： lack of effective pretreatment process, low processing load of biochemical pool, and so on, an upgrading and reconstruction project based on the requirement of level A grade 1 in GB 18918--2012 Discharge Standard of Pollutants for Municipal Wastewater Ttreatment Plant was carried out on the premise that the original facilities had been fully used. Through the reconstruction, the pretreatment process was consummated, the biochemical treatment was enhanced and the advanced treatment was supplemented. The background, original process, existing problems, reconstruction measures and features, and design parameters of newly increased structures were introduced.
