中国生态文明发展重心与经济重心轨迹对比分析

摘　　要：文章提出了生态文明综合评价指标体,并以熵值法对2000-2012年间我国31个省级行政区的生态文明进行综合评价;在此基础上,使用重心法对我国2000-2012年生态文明重心发展和经济重心发展轨迹进行比较研究。研究发现:第一,我国生态文明重心在空间格局上分布不平衡,其中在南北方向上不平衡的程度要大于在东西方向的不平衡程度;第二,我国经济重心在东西方向上的发展不平衡,第二产业重心在南北方向上发展不平衡;第三,我国经济重心对我国生态文明重心的空间变动格局具有东西横向牵引的作用。基于此,提出在大力发展生态文明和实施三大战略的同时,要注重调整我国区域经济发展的格局,特别是在东西方向上,从而使我国生态文明在空间分布上均衡发展。The paper puts forth a comprehensive evaluation index system of ecological civilization, and makes the comprehensive evaluation on ecological civilization of 31 provincial-level administrative areas in China from 2000 to 2012 by employing the entropy method. On this basis, the paper carries on a comparative study on the development focus of ecological civilization and the evolution of economic gravity center in the same period by using the gravity theory. The study shows that： Firstly, the spatial distribution of the gravity center of ecological civilization is unbalanced, in which the degree of imbalance in latitudinal direction is greater than that in longitudinal direction. Secondly, the economic gravity center in longitudinal direction is unbal- anced, whereas the gravity center of the secondary industry in latitudinal direction is unbalanced. Thirdly, the economic gravi- ty center has a lateral traction impact on the spatial pattern change of the gravity center of ecological civilization. Thus, the paper proposes that ： when we vigorously develop the ecological civilization and implement the three major strategies, we should attach importance to adjusting the pattern of regional economic development, especially in the longitudinal direction, so as to realize the balanced development of Chinese ecological civilization in the spatial distribution.
