摘 要:南方稻油轮作的区油菜不适宜直播,只能采用育苗移栽,然而传统人工移栽效率低、成本高。为提高效率,设计毯状苗高速移栽机。覆土镇压装置是毯状苗高速移栽机的重要部件,对于成苗率至关重要。针对覆土镇压装置进行理论分析和结构设计,并且通过田间试验验证本次设计的覆土镇压装置效果良好,能够满足农艺需求,减少了传统油菜移栽劳动强度,提高了效率。Rice rapeseed oil rotation in south area is unsuitable for direct-seeding, seedling transplanting is the only method to be adopted. However, the traditional artificial transplanting is low efficiency and high cost. In order to improve the efficiency of designing the shallow transplanting machine, which compacting and covering soil device is an important component, it is vital for seedling establishment percentage. The compacting and covering soil device has carried on the theoretical analysis and structure design. The experiments show that it has good effect on compacting and covering soil device, the effect meets agricultural requirement, thus it can reduce labor intensity and improve the efficiency.
