摘 要:以串联平板集热阵列为研究对象,通过建立串联集热阵列集热模型,计算分析不同集热介质循环流量、不同辐照度、不同室外环境温度下阵列的集热特性。结果表明:集热工质循环流速对集热阵列的集热效率影响显著,阵列数目越多,集热效率差异越大,当循环流速高于1m^3/h时可获得较高的集热效率;当太阳辐照度高于100W/m^2时,集热阵列的散热损失量小于集热量,集热循环开启,且集热阵列的集热效率随辐照度的增加稳定于0.65~0.72之间,表明高辐照度下集热阵列的温度较高,散热损失的增加使得集热效率基本为定值;室外环境温度增加使集热工质出口温度逐渐增加,对集热效率影响较大。In this paper the thermal characteristics of series solar flat collector array were analyzed with the establishment of heat collector model. The effect of different heating medium circulation flow, different irradiance and different outdoor environment temperature were simulated. Results show that the heat medium circulation velocity has significantly influence on the collection efficiency of collector array. And the effect increased with the number of collector array. When the circulation flow rate is over than 1m^3/s, the collector array can obtain higher collection efficiency. When the solar irradiance is higher than 100W/m^2 , the heat loss of the collector array is less than the quantity of heat collection. Then the beginning of set circulation of the system is 100W/m^2. And the collection efficiency of collector array is stable between 0.65~0.72 with the increase of irradiance which shows that under high irradiance the temperature of the collector array is high too inducing an increase of heat loss that makes the basic for the fixed value of collection efficiency. The outlet temperature of hot working medium increase with the increase of outdoor temperature and it has a larger influence on collection efficiency.
