基于Citespace的土壤肥力知识图谱可视化挖掘与分析

摘　　要：利用Citespace软件建立土壤肥力领域相关知识图谱,结合社区结构与可视化技术进行土壤肥力领域的可视化挖掘与分析。首先,对2000～2014年发表的土壤肥力领域相关文献数据进行统计分析,了解其领域研究的宏观趋势;然后根据绘制成的机构分布图谱、作者分布图谱,对各研究机构和科研工作者在土壤肥力领域的贡献与合作关系进行挖掘与分析;最后,根据关键词知识图谱和可视化分析,明确土壤肥力领域的研究热点与发展趋势。利用Citespace软件可以建立土壤肥力领域知识图谱。通过土壤肥力知识图谱的可视化挖掘与分析,有助于农业科研工作者对土壤肥力发展态势有较全面、客观、准确的认识,从而更好地精炼研究方向,为土壤肥力的后续研究提供更深入具体的指导。Citespace software is used to establish the soil fertility domain knowledge map, visualization mining and analysis combined with community structures and visualization technology for soil fertility field. First of all, the relevant literature published in 2000～ 2014 in the field of soil fertility data for statistical analysis, to understand the macro trend of soil fertility research field; Then according to the institution of distribution maps, author distribution maps, it was excavated and analyzed on the relationship of research institutions and researchers in the field of soil fertility contribution and cooperation; Last, according to keywords knowledge mapping and visualization analysis, it was determined of research focus areas and the development trend of soil fertility. Citespace software can be used to establish the soil fertility domain knowledge map; Through the visualization of mining and analysis on soil fertility knowledge map, it can have a more comprehensive, objective, accurate knowledge of the development trend of soil fertility, and better refining research direction, provide specific guidance for more in-depth follow-up study of soil fertility.
