摘 要:①目的研制具有独立自主知识产权的高性价比、高磁场的小动物用永磁型磁共振成像仪及实施小鼠成像。②方法通过改进主磁体、梯度线圈和射频线圈的设计方案、制造方式及发明的MRI专用合金,讨论这些方案的改进和新的MRI专用合金对小动物永磁型磁共振成像仪成像质量的影响。③结果成功研制了主磁场强度为1.2~1.5T的小动物永磁型磁共振成像仪系列,并完成了不同方向的小鼠扫描成像。④结论利用自主研发的1.2T和1.5T的小动物用永磁磁共振成像仪对4周龄的雄性鼠实施了横断面和冠状面扫描成像,获得了清晰的鼠局部和全身图像,且其组织结构清晰可见。同时与用超导人体磁共振机获得的小鼠图像进行了对比,显示研制小动物用永磁磁共振成像仪的重要意义。Objective It is to design the cost--effective small animal specific permanent magnet type magnetic resonance imager (MRI) with independent intellectual property rights and implement the mice imaging.Methods The new methods including the improvement of the main magnet, the designation of the gradient and RF coils,and the invention of magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) special alloy which were proposed for analysis of imaging quality on mice.Results Small animal specific permanent magnet type three--dimensional magnetic resonance imager with 1.2~1.5T were developed successfully,and implement the mouse imaging experiments in different direction.Conclusion The T1-- weighted cross--sectional and coronal MR images of mice with the age of 4 weeks were obtained using self--developed small animal MRI instruments.Internal organs of these mice may be clearly observed.The important significance of designing the small animal specific permanent magnet type MRI is also demonstrated by comparing the images obtained by small animal specific permanent magnet type three--dimensional magnetic resonance imager with that obtained by using superconductor magnetic resonance imager for clinical diagnosis.
