摘 要:利用阳极氧化技术对聚丙烯腈(PAN)基碳纤维表面进行改性处理,研究了处理前后PAN基碳纤维表面润湿性能及力学性能的变化,分析了阳极氧化处理时电流强度对PAN基碳纤维及其增强环氧树脂基复合材料性能的影响。结果表明:阳极氧化处理后,PAN基碳纤维的润湿性提高,其中碳纤维与水、乙醇的接触角分别由处理前的64.6°,50.9°降至处理后的24.6°,28.1°,其表面能由未处理的37.4 m N/m提高到处理后的83.3 m N/m,经水洗干燥处理后,碳纤维润湿性及表面能有所降低;阳极氧化过程中,随着电流强度的提高,PAN基碳纤维的线密度及拉伸强度出现先升高后降低现象;阳极氧化处理后,碳纤维表面活性提高,碳纤维/环氧树脂基复合材料层间剪切强度较未处理时的最大增幅达到86%;阳极氧化处理PAN基碳纤维的最佳电流强度为14 A。The surface modification of polyacrylonitrile(PAN)-based carbon fiber was conducted by anodic oxidation technique. The change in the surface wettability and mechanical properties of the PAN-based carbon fiber were studied before and after anodic oxidation. The effect of current intensity on the properties of PAN-based carbon fiber and its reinforced epoxy resin composite material was analyzed. The results showed that the wettability of the PAN-based carbon fiber was improved, the contact angles with water and ethanol were decreased from 64.6° and 50.9°to 24.6° and 28.1°, respectively, and the surface energy was increased from 37.4 mN/m to 83.3 mN/m after anodic oxidation; the wettability and surface energy of carbon fiber were both decreased after washing and drying; the linear density and tensile strength of PAN-based carbon fiber were increased and then decreased with the increase of current intensity during anodic oxidation; the surface activity of the carbon fiber was increased and the interlaminar shear strength of the epoxy resin-based carbon fiber composite material was maximumly increased by 86% after anodic oxidation; and the rational current intensity was 14 A for anodic oxidation of PAN-based carbon fiber.
