摘 要:采用浸胶法测试聚对苯撑苯并二噁唑(PBO)纤维的拉伸性能,并对其浸胶工艺及测试条件进行了研究。结果表明:采用E-51环氧树脂和三乙烯四胺浸胶体系,在卷绕速度为10.0 r/min,胶液质量分数为70.0%的浸胶条件下,制得含胶量为40%~65%的PBO浸胶丝,该浸胶丝在预加载荷为10 N,拉伸速度为20 mm/min的条件下进行拉伸性能测试,所得纤维的拉伸强度、模量、断裂伸长率结果稳定,其变异系数均小于5%,重复性好。该方法适用于PBO初生纤维和PBO高模量纤维的拉伸性能测定。The tensile properties of poly( p -phenylene benzobisoxazole) (PBO) fiber were measured by impregnation. The im- pregnation process and measurement conditions were studied. The results showed that the impregnated PBO fiber containing 40% - 65% resin by mass fraction could be obtained at the winding speed of 10.0 r/min by using the resin system of E-51 epoxy resin and triethylenetetramine at the mass fraction of 70.0% ; the test results of tensile strength, modulus and elongation at break of the impregnated PBO fiber were stable and the test was of fairly good repeatability with the coefficient of variation below 5% under the pre-loading force 10 N and drawing speed 20 mm/min ; and the method was applicable for the tensile property measurement of asspun PBO fiber and high-modulus PBO fiber.
