摘 要:通过高温封接工艺制备双银Low-E真空平板玻璃,分别采用460、480、500、520℃4组温度进行封接,并对各封接温度下膜层的表面及断面微观形貌与膜层的光学性能进行测试,讨论封接温度对膜层的可见光谱透射比、近红外光谱吸收比、中远红外光谱反射比的影响规律。结果表明,高温封接处理可提高Low-E膜层表面的致密度,优化各化学膜层及膜层与玻璃基体的结合性能,膜层的可见光谱透射比、中远红外光谱反射比显著提高,而近红外光谱吸收比略有减小。480℃封接温度下的膜层性能最佳,超过500℃后膜层中的Ag膜破损并团聚形成聚合物,膜层性能下降。The double-silver Low-E vacuum plate glass was made by high temperature sealing process. The sealing temperatures were 460, 480, 500 and 520 %, respectively. The microstructures of surface and cross section were tested, and the optical properties of double-silver Low-E films, included visible spectral transmission, near infrared spectral absorption, middle and far infrared spectral were measured, reflectivity. The effect of sealing temperature on the films' optical properties was discussed. The results show that the density of film surface is increased after heat sealing, the bonding performances of each chemical coating and that between Low-E films and glass matrix are optimized. Through the heat sealing process, the visible spectral transmission, middle and far infrared spectral reflectivity of the film are increased significantly, but the near infrared spectral absorption is reduced slightly. The temperature of 480℃ is the optimum, the silver film is broken to form polymers over 500 %, leading to the decline of optical property.
