摘  要:针对碳捕集系统对燃煤机组热力性能方面的影响,以600 MW超临界汽轮机组为研究对象,研究燃烧后碳捕集的再生能耗,提出基于碳捕集的太阳能辅助燃煤机组热力系统集成方案,阐述该集成系统碳捕集的工作原理和吸收机理,对比分析太阳能碳捕集集成系统较传统碳捕集系统在热力性能方面的优势。利用系统灵敏度分析法,计算太阳能集热器价格波动时在成本上与之相抗衡的煤价,为实际中燃煤机组碳捕集集成方式的选定提供依据。结果表明:在碳捕集率为85%,日照辐射强度为500 W/m^2,其他参数相同的情况下,太阳能碳捕集系统和传统燃煤碳捕集系统的热效率分别为43.604%和38.238%,按太阳能市价1800$/m^2计算,太阳能-燃煤机组碳捕集电站的发电成本为0.5577$/(k Wh)。Aiming at the effect of carbon capture system on the thermodynamic performance of coal-fired unit, a 600 MW supercritical coal-fired unit was taken as the object to research the regeneration energy consumption of carbon capture post-combustion, and an integrating scheme of thermodynamic system of coal-fired unit with solar assisted system based on carbon capture was proposed. The working principle and absorption mechanism of the carbon capture system were well stated, and the thermodynamic advantages of the solar carbon capture system was analyzed by comparing with the traditional carbon capture system. The coal price which could compete with the fluctuation price of solar collector was calculated using the sensitivity analysis method to provide reference for really selecting coal-fired unit as integration mode of the carbon capture. The results show that when the carbon capture rate is 85%, sunlight radiation intensity of 500 W/m^2, and other parameters are the same, the thermal efficiencies for carbon capture system of solar assisted coal-fired unit and carbon capture system of traditional coal-fired unit are 43.6% and 38.2%, repectively. The generation cost of solar assisted coal-fired units is 0.5577 ¥/kWh when the market price of solar energy is 1800 ¥/m2.
