摘  要:采用Fluent软件对ORC余热回收系统中的蒸发器进行数值模拟,分析蒸发器壳侧柴油机尾气的流动与传热特性,并利用场协同原理讨论蒸发器的换热性能。此外,为进一步研究ORC系统中蒸发器对柴油机性能的影响,利用GT-Power软件建立柴油机仿真模型,选取柴油机不同工况点得到柴油机功率、转矩及有效燃油消耗率(BSFC)的变化情况。结果表明,加装ORC系统蒸发器后由于排气背压增加,导致原柴油机功率和转矩有所下降,BSFC有所上升,且随着柴油机转速的增加,柴油机的功率损失、转矩损失和BSFC增量均逐渐增加。A simulation model of fin-and-tube evaporator of ORC system was established by Fluent software. Then the flow and heat transfer characteristics of the exhaust in the evaporator shell side were obtained, and the performance of fin- and-tube evaporator of ORC system was analyzed based on the field synergy principle. Subsequently, the influence of evaporator of ORC system on diesel engine performance was studied. A simulation model of the engine was developed based on GT-Power under various operating condition, the variation tendency of engine power, torque and brake specific fuel consumption (BSFC) were obtained. The results show that after equipping with the evaporator of ORC system, the power and torque of diesel engine decreased while the BSFC increases. With the increase of engine speed, the power loss, the torque loss and the BSFC increment of engine increase gradually.
