摘 要:采用计算流体动力学的方法,基于箱体内部温度场分布特性,数值设计出内部带缺口隔板的恒温水箱,将水箱分成热量释放、混合平衡和恒温控制3个区域。模拟结果显示流体在3个区域外部正向循环,内部反向循环,流体温度渐变收敛,至冷媒水和冷却水取水口处温度恒定,可保证水冷冷水机组性能测试装置的进水温度工况条件。用数值方法进行水箱箱体结构设计方便快捷,节约人力物力,并可为进一步的优化设计打下基础。Based on temperature distribution characteristics in water tank, a novel thermostatic water tank with two square-notched baffles set inside was numerically designed by using computational fluid dynamics (CFD) method. The interior space of the thermostatic water tank was divided into three areas for heat transmission, heat balance, and thermostatic control, respectively. The simulation results show that the flow keeps positive circulation outside the above- mentioned three zones in the novel water tank with square-notched baffle configurations, and adverse circulation inside the zones, outlet keep performance economical, Keywords : achieving a gradual balance of temperature. The water temperatures of chilled water outlet and cooling water constant enough to guarantee the required working condition of inlet water temperature for water chiller test facility. The thermostatic water tank designed by using numerical simulation is not only convenient and but also referential for design optimization of the thermostatic water tank.
