摘　　要：我国正在大力开展住宅工业化建设,部品体系建设和应用的理论探讨还较少。本文以住宅产业化发达的日本BL部品制度为参考基础,对工业化住宅部品进行总体分类,总结提出工业化住宅部品认定制度,以及以模数化、标准化、系列化、模块化和绿色环保理念为基本原则的认定基准框架,最后以地板辐射供暖设备系统为对象予以展开介绍。Housing industrialization is rapidly developing in China. But there are few theoretical studies of the construction and application of the housing component system. Based on the BL component system in Japan, the housing industrialization component on the whole was classified, and the certification system of the component was proposed. The identification reference frame was established upon the principle of modulization, standardization, serialization, modularization and the concept of environmental protection. Finally, the radiant floor heating equipment system was introduced.
