新旧版《绿色建筑评价标准》的评价差异性分析—以寒冷地区某二星级绿色住宅建筑为例

摘　　要：GB/T 50378—2006《绿色建筑评价标准》(旧版)自发布实施以来有效指导了我国绿色建筑实践工作,对我国绿色建筑的发展有着重要影响,而GB/T 50378—2014《绿色建筑评价标准》(新版)已正式发布实施,其无论在指标体系及评价方式上都有较大的变动。为更快的熟悉新版标准,明晰标准修订后的变动情况以及更好的运用已评定的绿色建筑评价标识项目的实践经验,选取了寒冷地区住宅建筑为研究对象,结合实际案例进行评价差异对比。首先从适用建筑类型、评价阶段、评价指标体系、评价方式四个方面整体上分析了标准修订后的评价差异,然后选取了河北省保定市某二星级项目,运用GB/T 50378—2014《绿色建筑评价标准》进行了试评分,最后从指标项的得分情况以及新增项的权重、分值分布情况,并结合绿色建筑标识技术应用统计情况,对指标项修订后的差异进行了分析,总结了各类指标修订后的着重点,为实际的绿色建筑评价提供参考性指导。Since its implementation in 2006, Evaluation Standards for Green Building has effectively guided the green building practices in our country, and it has played an important role in developing green buildings in China. The new version of （GB/T 50378--2014） has been officially released, making great changes to the index system and evaluation method. To more quickly become familiar with the new standards, clear of the standard revised changes and better use the practical experience of the green building that has been assessed, the residential building in the cold area was selected. Combined with the actual case, the differences in contrast was evaluated. Firstly, the revised evaluation difference was analyzed in four aspects, viz. the appropriate building type, evaluation stage, evaluation index system, evaluation method. And then a two-star green building in Baoding, Hebei Province, was selected for a test score using the new Evaluation Standards for Green Building. Finally, from the distribution of the index scores and the weight of the new item, together with the statistics of the green building technology application, the revised difference of the index items was analyzed and the focus on the indexes was summarized. The purpose is to serve as a reference to the actual evaluation of green buildings.
