胎带机布料系统典型元件数据库的设计研究

摘　　要：以大型悬臂伸缩式混凝土皮带输送机的布料系统为研究对象,研究了在不同布料臂架长度、不同输送带宽度和不同输送速度下,胎带机布料系统中典型元件的参数化设计。同时,基于Access数据库,结合VB编译工具,建立了在不同臂架长度、不同输送带宽度和不同输送速度下的胎带机布料皮带输送系统中典型元件的数据库系统,实现了通过输入主要设计参数,直接查询出所需要的典型元件的型号和三维模型等,达到了快速设计的目的。本系统缩短了胎带机设计人员的研发周期,提高了设计的效率和准确性。Based on the research object of the cloth system of the large cantilever flexible concrete belt conveyer, the parametric design of the typical components in the cloth system of the tire belt machine is studied under different cloth boom length, different conveyor belt width and different conveying speed. At the same time, based on the Access database, with the VB compiler tools, the database system of the typical components in the belt conveyor cloth belt conveyor system under different cloth boom length, different conveyor belt width and different conveying speed is established. Through inputting the main design parameters, the model and the three-dimensional model, etc. of the needed typical components are directly queried. This system shortens the development period of the design personnel on the tire belt machine, and improves the efficiency and accuracy of the design.
