摘 要:对于汛期的堤防加固以及公路建设与维护的打桩作业,由机械设备代替人力进行打桩作业是技术上的一次长足进步。针对目前打桩设备作业效率低、自重大及劳动强度大等缺陷,研发便携式液压打桩机用于防汛抢险、高速公路及铁路护栏建设等领域的打桩作业具有重要的意义。在简化条件下,通过建立便携式液压打桩机打桩过程的动力学模型,分析了动力学模型系统的加速度以及打桩过程中土壤阻力对沉桩的影响,得到基频与加速度的关系,土壤阻力对打桩机的影响,为研发便携式液压打桩机产品样机奠定良好的理论基础。In flood season,for embankment reinforcement and thepilingfor road construction and maintenance, pile driv- ing operation by machinery equipment instead of manual labor is a technological progress. At present, piling equipment has low working efficiency, heavy weight and strong labor intensity and so on, so the research on a portable hydraulic pile driver, which is used in the piling ofareas such as flood control and emergency rescue and the guardrail construction of highway and railway, will be of great significance. Under the simplified conditions, by establishing the dynamic model of portable hydraulic pile driver piling process, the acceleration of the dynamic modelsystem and the influences of the soil resistance onthe pile sinking in the piling are analyzed. And the relationship between the acceleration and the base frequency, and the influences of the soil resistance onthe pile driver are obtained, which will laya good theoretical basis for the research and development of portable hydraulic pile driver product prototype.
