品管圈在提高脑卒中偏瘫患者康复护理知识知晓率中的应用

摘　　要：目的:提高脑卒中偏瘫患者康复护理知识知晓率。方法:成立品管圈,通过品管圈活动规范康复护理干预流程,统一宣教内容等。结果:实施品管圈活动后偏瘫患者康复护理知识知晓率、满意度与实施前相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:实施品管圈活动可以提高脑卒中偏瘫患者康复护理知识知晓率和护士综合能力,同时提高患者满意度,有利于护理质量的持续改进。Objective：To improve the awareness rate of rehabilitation nursing knowledge in stroke patients with hemiplegia. Methods：Setting up quality control circle to standardize nursing intervention process, and to unify educational content, and so on. Results ： After implemented quality control circle the awareness rate of rehabilitation nursing knowledgeand and the patient＇s satisfaction were significantly higher than before （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion ： The implementation of quality management circle activity can improve the awareness rate of rehabilitation nursing knowledge in stroke patients with hemiplegia, and to enhance the nurses＇ comprehensive abilities. At the same time,it can improve the patient satisfaction, and can facilitate continuous quality improvement.
