综合治疗绝经后骨质疏松症的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的比较观察常规治疗和骨质疏松治疗仪治疗绝经后骨质疏松症患者的临床疗效。方法收集70例绝经后骨质疏松症女性患者,按随机数字分为常规组和综合组,各35例。常规组采用口服钙尔奇D咀嚼片和阿仑磷酸钠;综合组采用口服钙尔奇D咀嚼片、阿仑磷酸钠并配合骨质疏松治疗仪进行治疗,疗程为6个月,观察治疗前后患者骨密度的改变和骨痛缓解情况。结果两组患者治疗前的L2-4、股骨颈、股骨大转子骨密度无显著性差异（P〉0.05）;两组患者治疗前后比较,L2-4、股骨颈、股骨转子骨密度均有不同程度增加（P〈0.05）,治疗后综合组患者骨密度高于常规组（P〈0.05）。在临床疗效方面,综合组和常规组患者的总有效率分别为93.94%、84.38%,两组临床疗效比较,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论骨质疏松治疗仪结合常规药物治疗可以明显缓解绝经后骨质疏松症患者的骨痛,提高腰椎骨密度,优于常规药物治疗,值得临床推广应用。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of conventional and osteoporosis therapy apparatus in postmenopausal osteoporosis. Methods 70 female patients with postmenopausal osteoporosis were randomly divided into a conventional group and integrated group, the conventional received oral Caltrate D chewable and Alendronate, the integrated group received oral Caltrate D chewable, Alendronate and osteoporosis therapy apparatus for six months. Changes of their BMD and cumulative scores of pain after treatment were investigated. Results BMD changes at the femoral neck and lumbar 2-4 did not differ significantly between the two groups（P〉0.05）. BMD at lumbar 2-4, neck and trochanter sites of both groups after the treatment were significantly increased compared with those before the treatment（P〈0.05）. BMD of integrated group was better than that in conventional group after treatment,（P〈0.05）. The total therapeutic effective rate in two groups were 93.94 % and 84.38 % respectively（P〈0.05）. ConclusionOsteoporosis therapy apparatus in combination with routine drug therapy could obviously relieve pain and improve BMD of postmenopausal osteoporosis patients, is superior to conventional drug treatment and worthy of clinical application.
