摘　　要：目的探讨和观察＂04710＂在不同环境、不同浓度（剂量）下的杀螺效果。方法分别采用玻璃烧杯浸泡法、保湿泥盘喷洒法和保湿泥盘直接撒施法,并于施药后24h、48h、72h和3d、7d、15d观察检查钉螺的死亡情况,同时设清水空白对照组。结果在室内（25.0±2.0）℃常温下,其浸泡钉螺24h、48h和72h的LC50分别为27.97mg/L、19.43mg/L和10.97mg/;喷洒3d、7d和15d的LD50为66.20g/m^2、48.41g/m^2和35.16g/m^2;直接撒施3d、7d和15d的LD50则为23.63g/m^2、17.20g/m^2和13.39g/m^2。其95%的可信区间则分别为20.96-36.79mg/L、15.01-24.96mg/L和8.72-13.60mg/L;51.74-87.68g/m^2、38.01-63.01g/m^2和27.47-45.70g/m^2;18.40-30.41g/m^2、13.28-22.12g/m^2和10.40-17.02g/m^2。结论直接撒施法和浸泡法的杀螺率明显高于喷洒法,但现场杀螺效果和对非靶生物的毒性有待进一步研究探索。Objective To investigate and explore the molluscicidal efficacy of ＂04710＂ at the different concentration and application condition. Methods The dead rate of snail was checked after treatment with drug at 24,48,72 hours and 3,7,15 days with the methods of immersion in glass beaker,spraying and dusting in wet plate,Respectively.Blank control group was set with fresh water. Results At（25.0±2.0） ℃ room temperature,the LC50 of snail immersion in ＂04710＂ were 27.97mg/L,19.43mg/L and 10.97mg/L after 24 h,48 h and 72 h,the LD50 of spray were 66.20g/m^2,48.41g/m^2 and 35.16g/m^2 after 3d,7d and 15 d,whereas the LD50 of direct dusting were 23.63g/m^2,17.20g/m^2 and 13.39g/m^2 after 3d,7d and 15 d.The 95% creditable range of the three methods in killing snail test were 20.96-36.79mg/L,15.01-24.96mg/L and 8.72-13.60mg/L,51.74-87.68g/m^2,38.01-63.01g/m^2 and 27.47-45.70g/m^2,18.40-30.41g/m^2,13.28-22.12g/m^2 and 10.40-17.02g/m^2. Conclusion The molluscicidal rate with direct dusting and inmersion showed a significant higher than spraying.However,the effect of snail killing in the field and the toxicity on non-target organisms need to be studied.
