摘 要:目的优化茶树油的提取工艺并对其主要理化指标进行检测。方法用正交试验法对茶树油的提取工艺条件进行优选,以挥发油得率和乳化值为指标,考察影响挥发油收率因素并得出最佳提取工艺;同时对其折光率、密度等理化指标进行检测。结果提取茶树油的最佳提取工艺为粉碎过10目筛、加入6倍量水浸泡4h、提取4h;且理化性质检测符合国际标准。结论此提取工艺满足实验室研究及小规模生产。Objective To obtain the optimal extraction process of volatile oil in Tea Tree, and get the oil's physico-chemical properties. Methods Taking the rate of volatile oil and the ratio of emulsification as investigation targets by orthogonal design for optimizing the optimal extraction process of volatile oil of tea tree, to investigate the effect factor of volatile oil and obtain the optimal extraction process, at the same time testing its physico-chemical properties as the refractive index and density and so on. Results The optimum conditions were as follows: crushed 10 mesh sieve, water amount is 6 times and soak for 4h, then extract 4 hours. And the physical and chemical properties is in line with international standards. Conclusion The optimal extraction process meets the requirement of the laboratory research and it also applies to small lot manufacture.
