厄贝沙坦治疗糖尿病肾病临床疗效及对患者肾保护作用研究

摘　　要：目的探讨厄贝沙坦治疗糖尿病肾病的临床疗效以及其对患者的肾保护作用。方法选取我院于2011年3月-2014年5月收治的糖尿病肾病患者74例作为研究对象,将其随机分为对照组和试验组,每组37例。对照组患者给予口服降糖药以及注射胰岛素等对症支持治疗,而试验组患者在对照组治疗的基础上加用厄贝沙坦进行治疗。治疗3个疗程后,对两组患者的s ICAM-1、s VCAM-1、Hb Al C、SCr和TP指标的变化情况进行评估。结果试验组患者的总有效率为94.6%,明显高于对照组的72.9%,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;治疗3个疗程后,两组患者的s ICAM-1、s VCAM-1、Hb Al C、SCr和TP指标均明显降低,与治疗前相比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;试验组患者在上述各指标方面的改善程度也优于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论厄贝沙坦可以有效控制病情的发展并改善DN患者的临床症状,值得临床推广使用。Objective To explore the clinical effect of irbesartan in treatment of diabetic nephropathy and its renal protection effect. Methods 74 patients with diabetic nephropathy who were admitted to our hospital from March 2011 to May 2014 were selected as research objects and they were randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group,with 37 in each. The control group was received symptomatic supportive treatment such as oral hypoglycemic agents,insulin injections and so on while the experimental group was received irbesartan at the basis of that of the control group.After 3 courses of treatment, changes of s ICAM-1、s VCAM-1、Hb Al C、SCr and TP of patients in two groups were evaluated. Results The total effective rate of the experimental group was 94.6%,significantly higher than that of the control group 72.9%.The difference was significant（P〈0.05）.After 3 courses of treatment,s ICAM-1、s VCAM-1、Hb Al C、SCr and TP of the two groups were all significantly decreased and difference was significant when compared with those before treatment（P〈0.05）.Improvement degree of above indexes in the experimental group was also superior to those in the control group and the difference between two groups was significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Irbesartan can effectively control the development of the disease and improve the clinical symptoms of DN patients, worthy of clinical promotion and application.
