两种泻药在无痛结肠镜检查前肠道准备中的对比研究

摘　　要：目的比较两种泻药在无痛结肠镜肠道准备中的效果。方法选取2013年1-12月南京医科大学附属苏州医院（苏州市立医院东区）拟进行无痛结肠镜检查患者200例,将患者随机分为A组（甘露醇组,n=100）和B组（聚乙二醇电解质散组,n=100）,采用波士顿肠道准备评分量表（BBSP）比较两组的清洁效果,并比较两组间副作用发生率。结果与A组相比,B组患者肠道清洁度相似,差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）,而副作用发生率显著减少,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论聚乙二醇电解质散肠道清洁效果与甘露醇相似,但能减少副作用发生率,值得临床推广。Objective To evaluate two kinds of laxatives in the bowel preparation before colonoscopy with anesthesia assistance. Methods A total of 200 patients undergoing colonoscopy examinations from January 2013 to December 2013 were selected Nanjing medical university affiliated Suzhou municipal hospital east branch,the 200 patients were randomly divided into two groups：group A（oral mannitol group,n=100） and group B（oral polyethylene glycol electrolyte powder group,n=100）.The quality of bowel cleanness was assessed by Boston bowel preparation scale（BBPS） and the rates of side effects were investigated between these two groups. Results The quality of bowel cleanness had no significant difference between these two groups（P〉 0.05）,but the rates of side effects were lower in group B（P〈 0.05）. Conclusion Compared with mannitol,polyethylene glycol electrolyte powder taken orally can provide similar quality of bowel cleanness and lower rates of side effects, which deserves clinical application.
