641例出生42天婴儿健康情况分析

摘　　要：目的探讨正常足月儿生后42d健康状况,更好地指导家长科学育儿。方法选择2014年1月-12月在空军航空医学研究所附属医院出生的641例足月生后42d婴儿作为研究对象,了解出生时情况及喂养方式,并进行体格检查。结果 42d婴儿与出生时相比体重平均增长（1.59±0.64）kg,身长平均增长（6.90±2.36）cm。母乳喂养婴儿和部分母乳喂养婴儿42d时体重比较,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）,母乳喂养婴儿和部分母乳喂养婴儿身长比较,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）,母乳喂养婴儿与人工喂养婴儿、部分母乳喂养婴儿与人工喂养婴儿体重、身长比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。存在疾病依次为：湿疹、黄疸、泪囊炎、鞘膜积液、出生缺陷、舌系带过短、脐疝、鹅口疮等。结论儿保工作者应该重视产前健康教育、产后访视、母乳喂养,使家长了解科学育儿常识,增强异常情况的辨识能力,促进小儿健康全面发展。Objective To understand the health condition of infants born 42 days of normal full term, to better guide scientific parenting. Methods 641 infants born 42 days of normal full term,who were born in Hospital Attached to Aeromedicine Institute of P.L.A from January to December 2014,were selected as the research objects to investigate the connatal candition and the feeding patterns,and to carry on physical examination. Results The body weight of infants born 42 days had average growth（1.59±0.64）kg, and the body length of which had average growth（6.90±2.36）cm,compared with which of birth time.The body weight of infants born 42 days compared with breast feeding and incomplete breast feeding showed much significant difference（P 〈0.01）,and the differences of the body length compared with breast feeding and incomplete breast feeding was significant difference（P 〈0.05）,while the body weight and the body length of breast feeding infants,incomplete breast feeding infants,and artificial feeding infants was no statistical significance（P 〉0.05）.The existent disease was in sequence of eczema,jaundice,dacryocystitis,hydrocele,bi rth defects,ankyloglossia,umbilical hernia,thrush and so on. Conclusion Infants＇ health-care staff could pay attention to prenatal health education,postpartum visit,breast feeding,to understand the commonsense of scientific parenting,to enhance the identification ability of abnormal condition,in order to improve the all-round development of children health.
