摘　　要：目的探讨重组人脑钠肽在急性心肌梗死泵功能衰竭的临床疗效。方法选取2014年7月-2015年6月在我院进行治疗的急性脑梗死患者85例,随机分为观察组43例与对照组42例。观察两组患者临床疗效及治疗后两组患者的左室射血分数（LVEF）、每搏输出量（SV）、心脏排血指数（CI）、充盈早期血流峰值（E/A）指标。结果观察组的总有效率为90.69%,明显高于对照组的78.57%,两组比较差异显著（P〈0.05）。治疗后两组患者的左室射血分数（LVEF）、每搏输出量（SV）、心脏排血指数（CI）、充盈早期血流峰值（E/A）指标均比治疗前显著下降,差异显著（P〈0.05）;观察组治疗后LVEF、SV、CI、E/A与对照组比较,明显增高,差异显著（P〈0.05）。结论重组人脑钠肽在急性心肌梗死泵功能衰竭临床疗效显著,值得临床推广应用。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of recombinant human brain natriuretic peptide in acute myocardial infarction patients with pump failure. Methods 85 patients with acute cerebral infarction, who were in our hospital from July 2015 to June 2014, were selected and randomly divided into observation group（ 42 cases）and control group（43 cases）. The clinical efficacy, the left ventricular ejection fraction（LVEF）, stroke volume（SV）, cardiac output, cardiac output index（CI）, and early filling index（E/A） were observed. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 90.69%, significantly higher than that of the control group（78.57%）, and the difference between the two groups was significant（P 〈0.05）. After treatment, the left ventricular ejection ejection fraction（LVEF）, stroke volume（SV）, cardiac blood index（CI）, early filling peak flow velocity（E / A） index of two groups were compared with those before treatment significantly decreased（P 〈0.05）. After the treatment group, LVEF, SV, CI, E / A of observation group were significantly higher than those of control group, and the differences were significant（P 〈0.05）. Conclusion The clinical curative effect of recombinant human brain natriuretic peptide in the treatment of acute myocardial infarction pump failure is remarkable, it is worthy of clinical application.
