摘 要:对盐胁迫处理的银叶树幼苗叶片光合特性及叶片解剖结构进行研究.结果表明,银叶树幼苗的Pn和Gs值随着处理盐度的增加呈先增后降趋势,而Ci值则呈先降后升趋势.与对照组相比,在处理盐度为0.9%(盐重/土重)时,银叶树幼苗叶片栅栏组织排列变紧密,叶脉出现大量的草酸钙簇晶,表明银叶树幼苗具有一定的耐盐性.而在处理盐度为1.8%时,其栅栏组织细胞破碎,下表皮出现大量不规则排列的非腺毛.This paper conducted a preliminary study the effects of different salt stress on leaf photosyn- thetic characteristics and leaf anatomy of the seedlings of Heritiera littoralis. The results showed that with the increase of salinity treatment,the Pn and G, of the seedlings were increased at the start and then decreased, however, the Ci was decreased at the start and then increased. Compared with the control group,under moderate salinity 0.9% (NaCl/matrix) treatment,the arrangement of the palisade tissue of the leaf was more closely distributed with a large number of clusters of calcium oxalate ap- peared, this showed it has a a certain salt tolerance. However, with high salinity 1.8 % (NaC1/matrix), some of the cells were broken with a large number of irregular arrangements of glandular hairs on the hypodermis.
