摘　　要：基于民营企业自主创新能力建设现状,分析民营企业自主创新能力建设存在的问题,研究影响民营企业自主创新能力建设的因素,构建民营企业自主创新能力界壳套模型,运用可拓学原理对民营企业自主创新能力界壳进行可拓研究,并提出了促进民营企业自主创新能力建设的对策.This paper summarized present situations of building the independent innovation ability of private enterprises, analysed the existing problems, researched the influence factors, then structured Jieke coverture model of independent innovation ability of private enterprises and researched the model with the principle of extension, put forward countermeasures to promote building of independent in- novation ability of private enterprises.
