高龄老人的福利需要与政策展望——以江苏省为例

摘　　要：根据2008年中国健康与养老追踪调查相关数据,描述和分析了高龄老人福利需要与供给满足情况。结果发现,高龄老人迫切需要经济供给、医疗保健与生活照料方面的支持,对家庭成员的照料、子女经济供给与精神赡养满足感较高,对正式福利机构的福利支持满足程度较低。因此,只有以需要为导向,制定老年福利政策,实现政府、社区与家庭共同合作,才能有效解决高龄老人福利需要问题。Based on the data from the Chinese Health and Retirement Longitudinal Study in 2008, this paper describes and analyzes the needs of welfare and the satisfaction of provision of the eldest - old. It discovered that most of the eldest - old have a strong feeling of needs of income maintenance, medical services and home assistance. The majority of the elderly in this study are highly satisfied with current family home assistance, in- come maintenance of children and emotional support, but not satisfied with the support of formal welfare insti- tutions. Therefore, great efforts should be made to develop the support of the eldest - old by policy makers based on the needs and collaboration between government, community and family.
